Her work has appeared in many magazines and she has won several US top cooking competitions. Camilla holds a Ph.D. in sociology with a specialization in food studies. She lives in Texas.

From the flap: "Including both savory and sweet chocolate recipes... with less fat and fewer calories... devoted to using dark chocolate and cocoa powder." I mean, who knows when you might need a low-cal chocolate dessert? Although I'm a little suspicious of low-fat Creme Brulee. I mean, is it really Creme Brulee if it's low-fat?!
