Can't argue with the positive message--vegetables are indeed tasty and good for us, and most American kids (and adults!) eat too few of them. However, the presentation was rather lackluster, and may struggle to hold kids' attention.
Like the other books in this bilingual series, the photographs in this book are bright and clear. The font used for the text is big and easy to read. The book has a table of contents, glossary, and index. Suggestions of vegetables are listed to help encourage a variety in eating choices.
