There is a killer in their village and Gana is only laughed at when she claims that a vampire is doing the killing. Gana slips into the castle and kills the female vampire. The vampire hits Gana before dying, knocking her unconscious. When she awakes it is dark and two male vampires are stalking her. Playing cat and mouse with her, before catching her. They actually allow her to think she is going to escape. But they are willing to go to extreme lengths to have Gana. The male vampires, Valo and Cader want her to replace their mistress, whom she has killed. It is doubtful a human can satisfy their lusts, but she owes them for killing their mistress. However, Saul, her first lover from the village, objects to her sleeping with two males and kidnaps her. She has Trouble on one hand and Double Trouble on the other.
