Projects by Sejima and Sanaa including plans for urban development in Madrid as part of the bid for the Olympic 2012, the Japanese Pavilion at the 7th Architecture Venice Biennial, the Issey Miyake and Prada shop interiors in Tokyo as well as residences, exhibitions and offices. They have completed a prolific amount of projects throughout Europe and Japan. All are presented here, full page, on glossy paper. Includes sketches and short descriptive texts.
Great collection and reference to SANAA's works from 1995-2003. It'd be great to get an even more updated version of this book that includes the works thereafter.
My only complaint, and hence the docking of one star, is the fact that some of the images in this book are really, really terrible quality. Pixelation, blurriness, poor use of colour inks - it takes away from the beauty, cleanness and immaculate designs of SANAA's architecture.
