Trainers, Bob Pike is a master at creating a fun atmosphere in a classroom setting while keeping the participants engaged. I enjoyed many years of learning through his tools, books, and seminars and had the honor to meet this talented and genuine man who has a heart for training people. This book is stocked full of ideas and is a must for any trainer's toolbox!
