This book makes some good points about the importance of ending any training session with a bang, rather than a whimper, and it contains some interesting exercises to help achieve this goal.
I did feel like some of the exercises were extremely similar to each other, and were only not combined in a single description (including variants) so that the book would have the arbitrary round number of exercises. Additionally, since the book was published in the late '90s, it makes repeated references to snail-mailing documents, making voice calls, and using overhead projectors, but doesn't include any electronic forms of communication. I was hoping there was an updated version that would have incorporated the technological changes that have taken place in the almost two decades since this edition's publication, but it seems that this is the only edition available.
