Rate this book
After five years in a coma, Annie/Jane Doe wakes up in a Colorado Hospital unable to remember who she is or how she came to be there. The rumors circulating the hospital say she arrived under mysterious circumstances. They say she was flown in on a private plane landing at an abandoned airstrip a few miles out of town and someone has been paying her medical bills anonymously for the last five years. As the pieces of her past come together she discovers she is the wife of Senator Avery Betancourt who is now the President of the United States. His wife died in a tragic accident but Julia Betancourt remembers the night she was brutally assaulted in their beach house. Someone tried to kill her and it might very well have been her husband. Now someone knows she is alive and they are trying to kill her again.
