My grandmother gave me this book for Christmas one year before she passed away, and whenever I read it I think of her and her way of saying, "Take one day at a time, dear." Moments of Peace reminds me that I only need to trust God enough for each day, one day at a time. I don't need to obsess over seeing the big picture or worry about future details. Each nightly reading encourages me to be content in His love and grace each day, and to be present in His blessings - one day at a time, and no more.

I love these little snippets each day. Often, the page (or pages) that I read for the day are exactly what I needed to read that day! Timeless, these (there are at least 3 including a morning and afternoon that I have already read) can be read over and over.
