I’m glad there was a second book for this class. There was some good information and points as well as case studies, but not particularly comprehensive. The class was good as relied more heavily on the other text, which was much more comprehensive. This text was moderately useful. Cheers!

This book has a ton of information in it. It uses many different theories however it does not go in depth on ony one theory. It does go deep into different medical situations. I had to suppliment my ethics class with another book to go indepth with the various theories.

Attending physicians in academic hospitals should be sure to introduce this text to their junior and senior residents. This text will provide readers an understanding of the ethics, legalities and triggers for malpractice wrongful death suits.
