The Adventure of the Dying Debutante - Large Print: A New Sherlock Holmes Mystery

Rate this book

"Watson, wake up. We have a visitor.", / I felt the firm but friendly hand of Sherlock Holmes on my shoulder, forcing me awake. I pulled on my dressing gown and stumbled into the front room of 221B Baker Street. A young and exceptionally beautiful woman sat the sofa.
"I have come to see you, Mr. Holmes, because the members of my family are conspiring to murder me." "Are they now?" said Holmes. "And why would they want to do that?" "Because I am young, beautiful and brilliant; because I control the family estate following the recent death of my father; and because I utterly despise every one of them."
Sherlock Holmes agreed to take on her case. He soon discovered that it was not just her family who wanted her dead, and they were not without reason. The family fortune had been built on fraud and the illegal transport of slave and indentured workers. If you want to know whether or not he succeeded in keeping her from being murdered, you will have to read my account of it by clicking on your link below. - Dr. John. H. Watson. (P.S. This kindle e-book novel is from my Kindle Unlimited account book 46 of 50

Holmes and Watson are approached by a young woman 🚺 who says her family is trying to kill her. She is found dead in the morning. Holmes, Watson, and Scotland Yard investigate and uncover the truth leading to arrest.

I would recommend this series and author to 👍 fans of Sherlock Holmes and British 🏰 mystery novels 👍🔰. 2024 👒😤

Another great Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Watson adventure.

Mr. Copland does it yet again! Always an incredible story in the vein of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I was left guessing right until the end.

With Craig Stephen Copland, Sherlock Holmes lives forever. I look forward to more to come!

Thank you, Mr. Copland.

Another entertaining book I found on free Audible books. I didn’t realize there were many people writing new Sherlock Holmes mysteries. I enjoyed the mystery, and especially enjoyed the NOT racist thinking that was in the final Doyle book. I’ll be looking for more of this author’s Holme’s.
