My sister bought this book on kindle a while back and has been trying to get me to read it and use it for so long. Over the weekend, I finally gave in and read the book and I was amazed! It's really helped me with tips and tricks to get my exercise regime back in full swing! I've let it slip a little recently, which is why my sister recommended this book and now I'm really excited to get stuck in again and work on the tips given in the book to give my exercise regime the boost it needs!

It's a bargain buy for anyone who's looking to get themselves back on track, and to find out how to really make the most out of their own gym visits! Safe to say that I'll be following these tips over the next few days, both before and after my own visits to the gym - I've even invested in a foam roller! With my goal board at the ready and my diet plan back on track, I'm really excited to keep going and it's all thanks to this book!
