About the author

Tamara Hogan is the award-winning author of The Underbelly Chronicles paranormal romance series. An English major by education and a software developer/process engineer by trade, she recently stopped telecommuting to Silicon Valley to teach, edit, and write full-time. Tamara loathes cold and snow, but nonetheless lives near Minneapolis with her husband and two naughty cats.

What a unique twist in this book on how Jack “handles” his attraction to Sasha. Won’t give it away but it is a great example of how people deceive themselves and can’t be objective when it to love. The steam is intense all the more for the delay. While there is sadness, the relationships between all of the characters are the heart of this story as Jack must find a way to solve a murder, and forgive himself. Don’t get me started on his Mother or his Father for not standing up to his Mother for Jack all this time!!

Wow!! I loved this book! The action, emotions, suspence, danger, intrigue and not to mention the HEAT. This storyline has you anguish over all the things happening in the back ground. It caught me from page one !. This is one book that I very highly recommend. A must read!

This is book number five in this fantastic series that I have been hooked on since the beginning and written by a brand new author for me to read. Love is never objective no matter who or "what" insists that they are in love. In real life even more so. This is the first of this authors books that I have read and I plan on starting from the beginning of this series. I have always loved paranormal worlds and Ms. Hogan has not disappointed. There are plenty of twists without becoming bogged down. There's also plenty of steam. The characters are well written with surprising depth and captivity.
