I love this book. It's a great antidote for the decorator books that seem to think that all white is the way to go. This is probably my favorite decorating book of the last year or so, even though it's just about color, not about decorating as a whole.
Organized into three chapters: the psychology of color, the elements, colourful spaces.
The subtitle says it all: confident and creative schemes for every room.
It proves that art doesn't have to be hung on white walls.
To me white is cold, industrial and boring. Color can bring out the cozy that I want to live with.
