This book gives a lot of insight about kundalini and spiritual awakening process.
The paths the and the step to follow to be able to reach to atman...
Autor is imply telling us his journey with a introduction of his own ashram and the guidance of his own guru.

[Chaitanya]

Apart from the blasphemous title, this book carries no interest whatsoever. There are at least dozen other books on the subject, some from the lineage of the author that describe the subject much better. Not recommend.
