Me ha encantado leerlo porque hace unos meses que empecé a entrenar Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, y por una parte, las técnicas básicas están súper bien explicadas para ser un libro. Pero sin duda, lo que más me ha gustado es saber la historia sobre el origen. El Jiu-Jitsu o Arte Suave era uno de los estilos que crearon los Samurái en Japón. Eran técnicas secretas hasta que el país se abrió y los Samurái decidieron compartir su conocimiento con el gobierno japonés, que pasó a enseñarlo a gran parte de la población.

Me fascina la idea del equilibrio de fuerzas. Cuando están compensadas, se ejerce fuerza pero los luchadores permanecen inmóviles. Para que haya movimiento debe haber desequilibrio, y para crear desequilibrio debes desequilibrarte a ti mismo. Si fallas estás en desventaja.

Es interesante leerlo pero la sensación que se tiene al practicarlo es directamente otro mundo.
