This was a very heavy read... super dense. While I did find most of it interesting and topical, I just didn't enjoy the reading experience. Felt a bit like an info dump, and some discussion points were just not necessary. I did enjoy looking at how planning theory operated in a historical context. Some things certainly still ring true to this day. It's a good book for asking questions and having a discussion, but even the book recognised there's not really any answers when the last 3 pages were a collection of questions that could have been examined further in each chapter (or already were). Bit of a mixed bag, but it's great historical reading.
