The tricks are certainly possible although the books instructs, for example: to learn this simple trick simply practice sat in front of a mirror a couple of hours every night for a month before turning in. The writing is quite fun, written in a stylish manor in the voice of an aristrocrat. The author often suggests borrowing some of the necessary pieces from the gardener or his son.
