The campus of Livingston University is the setting for the college career of Tracy Griffin. Little does she know that when she goes off to college, the education she receives is going to take place outside the classroom. Follow Tracy as she encounters a mean Bart Matson, a sleepy roommate named Shorty and a weird college professor known as Dean Scroggins. Tracy, whether she knows it or not, is on her way to some Higher Learning.
