Armed and Dangerous by Clay Latimer was a very good book about John Elway’s life from when he was in high school all the way to the pros.
When you read this book you can imagine all the struggles that he had to go threw in his life to be one of the best QB’s to ever play the game. Some of the struggles that he had to go to was getting hurt in high school and not knowing if he will be able to play football in college or not. Elway also could pretty much go to any college he wanted to go to because of smart and because the way he played the game of football.
I really think this book is very good because it is about a good football player that played the game very well and became one of the best QB’s to ever play the game. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoyed John Elway as a football player, or just wants to know about the way he played the game.

I read this book at least once a year. It's way better since the 1997 revised update. I was afraid they weren't ever going to do that, but guess what? They did.
