I met this wonderful woman when I was volunteering down in New Orleans, cleaning out houses that had been wrecked by Katrina. She is from Canada, and is simply one of the most upbeat, funny, generous people I know. The book is fun, it feels like you are sitting and talking with an old friend, and I think most of the experiences are universal.
