I bought this book after failing a previous attempt on the Haz Mat Ops exam (and the Awareness portion of the Firefighter I exam). I didn't do very well in the class and passed by the skin of the skin of my teeth.

From the time it arrived until the day of the test, this was my Bible. I read the book from cover to cover. Some of the questions on the exam are literally lifted from the book.

I was completely floored when I got my results and I didn't just pass, I dominated the tests. My Haz Mat Ops exam score was 94.1% and the Awareness test was 96.31% (which was 3 questions away from a perfect score). This book is worth its weight in gold. If you are nervous or concerned about the Haz Mat Ops exam, get this book.
