Understanding your emotional intelligence!

The author of this book, Jason Smith wrote and explained the contents of his book very well. As mentioned in this book, emotional intelligence is very essential and useful in our everyday life in dealing with other people. He also includes self discipline, anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy, how to analyze people, persuasion and manipulation. If we learned to master all of these skills it will help us to live a happy life and have a better social skills. I like this book because it enlighten me a lot. So I would recommend this to anyone who would like to discover themselves. You might surprise what you find out after reading this book.

Emotional?

This book was informative it told me about emotional intelligence ; what it is, why it is important and how to improve it. This book is written well and I recommend it to anyone curious bout their EQ.

Excellent info

All things internal and external to get control of emotional health, to have control of yourself and your environment in social situations. Excellent advise and informative.

These books look like they were written by a 12 year old, and edited by an 8 year old. So many mistakes that it's hard to even figure out what he's trying to say. Spoiler alert---it's the same thing vague senseless stuff over and over again
