Tons of great information about Hormones and what they do in the body

There is a lot to absorb in these books and I have not gotten through it all yet but I am working my way. The recipes are interesting as they give a lot of ingredients that you can choose from depending on what you are in the mood for so there is variety there. I can not say that I would eat some of what is recommended, as some things are just distasteful to me, sorry but I am not a kale girl by any means. But aside from this I found the books so far to be really good.

This book starts with the very basics. He goes over the 7 main hormones, what each is, and why they are important. Then there is a section devoted to each hormone which analyzes each hormone and how it can be reset. There is also a 21 day meal plan. That is a huge help since a lot of the work has been done for you and you do not have to think about it. I look forward to trying this lifestyle out in the near future.
This book tells you how to reset your hormones so they will work together like they did when you were younger and help you lose weight. It is not a detox so do not expect that. It includes a 21 day plan to assist you with your reset and help you along. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to lose weight and learn how to keep it off.
I enjoyed reading about how hormones affect weight and how what we eat can affect our hormones. I liked trying the recipes in the first book and reading how to incorporate a hormone reset with other diests, like a keto or warrior diet.
Great information on hormones and how they’re important when it comes to your weight. Helpful ideas on ‘resetting’ them. Good explanation on autophagy and why it’s important.
I never thought that maybe my hormones being out of wack being the reason I struggle to lose weight. These books guide in you managing stress, balance estrogen and insulin, and adjust your eating patterns.
