Bagus ttg memotivasi orang bekerja, salah satu bab ttg macem2 tipe bgmn orang termotivasi
1. Tipe Engineer/ specialist/ expert , motivasinya seneng sm ilmunya, mempelajari ilmunya , mengimplementasi ilmunya karena master/expert, uang no 2 , yg no 1 seneng akan ilmunya itu jadi cara memotivasinya dikasi opportunity untuk mempelajari ilmunya, mengimplementasi ilmu, ikut konferensi,seminar,dll
2. Tipe helper : seneng membantu,menolong, peduli . motivasi seneng membantu uang no 2
3. Tipe innovator : senengnya membuat sesuatu baru, ide baru, sesuatu yg kreatif, dikasih kebebasan berinovasi udah semangat , uang no 2
4. Tipe entrepreuneur : senengnya membuat usaha, membuat perusahaan,ngag seneng kerja rutin jam 7 sampai jam 5 dll untung uang no 2 yg penting membuat usaha no 1 dan kerja fleksibel tidak terikat waktu
5. Tipe General manager : seneng mempelajari berbagai ilmu terus mengumpulkan informasi terus mengorganisasi orang-orang , mengoptimasi resoursce, seneng hubungan interpersonal, meeting terus mengambil keputusan,dll. Cara memeotivasinay dikasi promosi , title yg keren, gaji yg besar, goal yg besar, disuruh meeting,dll

Good read if you are working in management for a major company with the ability of bargaining power. In my position I can’t give raises or extra time off, but it still touched on some good pointers in regards to providing a fun work environment that provides retention. Not super helpful if you are working in the non profit sector and depend on grant funding to operate.
