Daisy I'd rather spend all day in bed with my vampire boyfriend who has serious endurance, but I have a new partner to meet and a family meeting with Dad, who betrayed me with his medical research. Except my new partner is the last person I expected, wholly unqualified I might add, and when Oliver's right about my safety, I told you so, doesn't even come close to how much pain he causes me.
Oliver A vampire paramedic? I'm probably not the first. Since Daisy's life has been a series of close calls. Becoming her new EMS partner is an easy choice. When my suspicions are confirmed, another vampire is on the loose, old enemies and new betrayals tear us apart. The only way to keep Daisy safe is to stay away from her. If the pain of leaving her doesn't kill me, then my secret of her Dad shooting me with his fatal serum will.
A steamy paranormal romance series featuring a charismatic, rich, smoking hot bad boy with a heart of gold, the woman he protects from his mortal enemies, who has secrets of her own, and a gritty hidden world of feuding vampires, witches, and elves in small town Marinette, Wisconsin. Perfect for fans of The Vampire Diaries and angsty supernatural soap operas!
Vampire's Deception is the first book of the Immortal Protector series. Oliver and Daisy's story continues in Vampire's Secret, book 2 and concludes in Vampire's Promise, book 3. Each book has an HFN and the HEA is at the end of the trilogy.

Stephanie Flynn writes action-packed romance filled with adventure, suspense, and danger. She lives in Michigan, USA, with her husband and kids, and she spends her writing time surrounded by a herd of normal cats who bat everything off her desk, including her coffee.
Wow. Greg takes the award for worst dad of the year and Pierce can eat a bag of Richards.
The first half drags so much and things get repeated frequently. I got so sick of reading about what happened to Evangeline over and over I almost called it quits. Then there was the ex machina moment with Lily that just didn't make sense. The first book had Greg using Newt's blood for his vampire death serum but then in this book, Greg had been using Daisy's?
And why would he spill the truth to Lilly? Why did he try to save Lilly all while trying to force Daisy to be with Pierce? There's so much that gets left unanswered when it comes to Greg's actions. Why did he treat one daughter like sh*t but treasure the other, even though he sees the daughter he treats like sh*t as the one that will save mankind from the scorge of Vampires? Someone make this all make sense.
There's so much that could be cut out and the story might be better for it.
Also, Oliver not turning Nicole when she was younger is a damn shame. Anyone that will actually pop popcorn then sit amd watch someone have a dramatic life crisis should be preserved.
We get more of Daisy and Oliver in this book, and wow it was awesome. I feel that this picks up perfectly from Vampire's Deception. A Vampire becoming a paramedic to protect the woman he loves, is just wonderful, until chaos comes calling. Needless to say everything does not go as planned, and we move full throttle through this great story. I Loved It!!! No Spoilers! I received an ARC from the Author and I am Leaving this Totally Honest Review because I Choose to and Loved this book!!!
These two have more issues then van camps got beans. They get out of one mess just to land in another. At least the get to have a bit of QT in between. The end of it just made me mad, due to it just stopped. One second Oliver is finally getting some QT with Daisy then, to be continued. This author knows how to get the reader to want to read the next book, that's for sure.
Vampires Secret: A Steamy Paranormal Urban Fantasy Romance (Immortal Protector Book 2)
Another excellent story! I love the characters in here! They really draw you into the story like you are a part of it. I can’t wait to read the next installment! You should try this series. You won’t be disappointed!
This series continues to be as addictive as possible making me stay up all night reading 😃. Lots of drama, tons of action, crazy bad people, intense situations and really wonderful characters 😊. Thanks again Stephanie, I am truly hooked on this story and can't wait to read more 🤓.
This is a great follow-up in the Immortal Protector Series and is filled with chemistry, chaos, suspense, and intrigue. I liked this enjoyable read. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
I like this series. However, I was disappointed by some scenes in the book. It also has some errors which made it more frustrating, but it is worth reading. Fans of twilight and Tvd will enjoy it as much as I did
