About the author

Jon Wright

Jonathan Wright is co-founder and Director of Studies of The Language Project, Bristol, a small school with a special focus on teacher training and developing innovative learner-centred materials. He taught in schools and universities in France, Germany, and the UK before starting The Language Project, and has given presentations and led teacher training seminars in a number of countries.

He has many years' experience as an examiner, and has written and reviewed for various EFL publications. For Oxford University Press, he has written Dictionaries.

His current projects include materials that help students learn idiomatic English, and ideas for wall displays, and communicative homework.
