Great book on radiation protection strategies including herbs, foods, and supplements. Some of these I don't think apply as well after Fukushima like sea vegetables and anything from the sea/ocean, but this was written long before that in the 1990s. I learned a lot about the overall effects of radiation and about what happened to people in the 1950s and after during nuclear tests and the fallout that followed. This kind of information is truly invaluable in today's day and age, especially after Fukushima.
