I'm a bit disappointed with this book. Not really worth the money. Mainly an arbitrary collection of recipes that can be found for free everywhere on the internet.
There's very little to none of in-depth coverage of the relevant concepts.
It appears that a lot of the positive reviews are down to friends and family?
The whole subject has a lot of potential but this book doesn't live up to expectations.
Spelling mistakes and superficial information are letting this book down.
I also find it hard to believe that the author is a chef.
Great book with a great range of sauces, dressings and preserves. A lot of classics with simple instructions a must for any home cook with a penchant for preserves.
