I had an older edition and assume the newer ones are updated (like 3 sites in translation at the ribosome and not 2). The organic portion is barebones and is just what is needed for basics of the biochemistry. No mechanisms but things like hydrogen bonding and basic reactions at a glance. I liked the biochemistry precisely because of how succinct it is. I have read Lehinghers text which is great but sometimes, you just want something short that connects all the concepts in short chapters which this book does.
