Heartbroken, Jo is determined to prove she has what it takes to succeed as a champion trainer. In England, amid the winter frosts and the northern skies, her career blossoms and she soon finds love. But what of Jo's long-held dream of following in her father's footsteps back in Australia? Very enjoyable read. I loved the character's journey. Tragedy. Glitz and glamour. Hard slog. Conflict. Being true to your dreams.
The animals were wonderful. It was different to read a story of racing where the dream was to be a trainer rather than jockey. And our characters weren't ever perfect - or only Perfect for a time - I loved that grit of reality.

The least convincing sections were strangely the sex scenes. Weird.

Ride With The Wind is well-written and engaging till the end. It includes wonderful stories and information about the horses as well as drawing me in to Jo’s emotions. It’s not often a book brings tears to my eyes but Ride With The Wind certainly did. I also loved the fact that is was set in Australia around the Australian racing industry. A must-read for anyone who loves horses.
