This book is more geared toward women equestrians that are in their 40s and up, have children, and are just starting riding. Its most interesting chapter to me was the first chapter about various female equestrians through out history. I would have liked to read more about that. However, the information provided in this book is decent for a greenhorn, but it wasn't a good fill of my time.
