This book presents the concept of not killing people with simple illustrations and a kickin rhyme scheme that even the most thick-headed, second amendment loving, red hat wearing uncle will understand. While this book certainly cannot claim to cover all ways of and "reasons" for killing each other, it covers a range the creators consider wide enough to get the point across at your next family gathering. Killing = Bad. This book = Good.

About the author

Colin D. Halloran is a former US Army infantryman and public school teacher. His debut collection, Shortly Thereafter, won the 2012 Main Street Rag Poetry Book Award. It documents his journey to, through, and back from combat in Afghanistan. Colin has spoken throughout the country on veterans issues, with a particular focus on the role that creative writing can play in healing and transitioning for vets, and educating civilians on the veteran experience. He lives in Boston.

Very funny, but very serious subject

This book is ideal to keep things simple. Just... Don't kill people. I shall read this to my baby niece!
