Great introduction to an often overlooked topic.

This book is an incredible read for students who are looking for more words in their picture books. The text is a bit dense, but provides a lot of great information as well as the pronunciation of each different dinosaur's name. I highly recommend this for teachers that are trying to get their students reading more difficult picture books.

Not all dinosaurs were monstrous lizards that shook the earth as they walked. They came in all sizes. This is a wonderful compilation celebrating the smaller, lesser talked about dinosaurs. It is a great fit on the bookshelf of any child interested in dinosaurs.
