Mahi-Mahi Matrimony is a sweet romance that evoked different emotions for me, throughout the read. I haven't read many omniscient pov books, so that came as a sweet surprise.

The story starts with Jules getting stood up at the altar by her fiance who had fallen for her best friend. Julie, though heart-broken, comes out of it stronger than before with more clarity towards what she wants. I love this change in her.

After she meets Zan and a spark ignites in both of them, neither of them acts on it and part their ways. For a while we enjoy Julie making new friends, while building the anticipation on the big reunion with Zan. When it finally happens, after the initial misunderstandings, they decide to be more open with each others to avoid future misgivings.

The romance between them left me smiling and sometimes even laughing for the rest of the book. Meeting the parents at the end was hilarious. Overall, I really enjoyed the book and would definitely recommend if you like sweet romances.

This is a great romance story! What starts in despair, ends in happiness. This is a romance that does not disappoint and the author has a real knack for writing romance. She gets it. She tells a wonderful Love story in a very clean way. The main character, Julie, grows in several ways through the story and finds her forever love in a very interesting way. Not sappy, not too muchy. It's a great love story!

Loved It!!!

Highly recommend this book. Pat Adeff has an easy way of writing that makes you snuggle down for a guaranteed great read. Zan is so cute in his obliviousness but has good people to open help open his eyes. Julie is the perfect foil for him.

Romantic

The story moved very quickly. The characters and their development flowed smoothly. I absolutely loved the setting=so different it added to the romance. Zan's choice of a best man was very untraditional, and very important to the storyline.

A wonderful story!

This was a delightful story with great characters that were realistic and loveable. The location, a tropical island was intriguing and the romance was sweet. One of the characters wasn't so nice and brought some drama to the plot. A fun book to read.

Cheesy

It was a good story, but to many loses ends of characters. No spice whatsoever! Only kissing. Point of view changes are weird. So many unneeded descriptions of things.
