This is a very comprehensive collection of information needed to start a Keto Diet/Lifestyle. It covers a wide variety of concerns associated with Keto. I found this book very easy to read and understand. It gives you a variety of source information as well as great starting point if you are interested in becoming Keto friendly.
Good all-round advice. I am very impressed with the comprehensive background and attention that the author had given this subject. I have been trying to reduce my carbohydrate intake and quite frankly getting my carb intake to within 5% is a very tall order but the diet suggestions were very helpful. The book dealt with all the topics that may play a part in our metabolism, biochemistry and quality of life. For lifestyle, this 5% carbohydrate intake is not sustainable but the ketogenic diet has proved to be a good way to alter the vicious circle that metabolic syndrome plays with the way our body handles food. I learned a lot from this book.

This was a good introductory read to learn about the Keto diet and intermittent fasting. I’m not sure if this was the correct copy because there was a random line of “I'd love it for you to share your thoughts and post a quick review on Audible!” scattered throughout. My biggest complaint is that while they gave meal ideas, there were no actual recipes. While they spoke about things like macros in relation to IF, I would have loved to see what an ideal week of IF would look like, a meal plan with macros which would help me understand it better.

This audiobook was very informative. It explains in great detail the science behind the Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. I was already somewhat familiar with Intermittent Fasting but not the Ketogenic diet. This book shared a lot of good information on how both of these work, their benefits and possible side effects. I found myself making frequent notes with all the good information in the book. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone interested in either Ketogenic diet or Intermittent fasting.

Although no recipes included, this is a good resource that not only addresses the Keto diet, but intermittent fasting. Most books focus on only one subject at a time. It is easy to follow and understand although a bit more clarification on intermittent fasting macros would be appreciated.
