The book may seem large and add a variety of concepts but it seriously lacks any useful lessons. When you buy this book I would assume that you expect to learn basic anatomy and how to balance a body with head proportions but it has nothing like this. Instead, it shows you a few guidelines and then finishes the whole thing no help at all. Learning to copy art is essential to learn the bigger picture of things but this is just ridiculous.

It's helpful, but I take a star off because I feel awkward at every point in the book when they insist on going over most of the musculature because... ehm... oh forget it /////
