confused

Pictures don’t even match the stretch being described. And while I can figure them out - I’m not sure if I’m supposed to do what the pictures show or what the words describe…🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm currently going to Physical Therapy for lower back problems. This book nicely supplements that therapy. It contains lots of exercises to keep seniors in functioning shape!

Great reminder for the importance of stretching

Seems we already know how to stretch, but don’t take the time the older we get. I like the explaining of movement and how it impacts our muscles
