With easy to understand instructions, and a mild-mannered unicorn demonstrating them, older readers can use the book to help guide kids through learning the breathing and visualization techniques, as a curious dragon follows along. As the young reader gains skills and transforms, so does the timid unicorn, becoming a mighty fire-breathing dragon! This light-hearted book can help kids of all ages learn how meditation can enhance well-being, help with anxious feelings, assist self-discovery, and increase awareness. The earlier we can teach children to understand and process difficult emotions in a safe, calm, and loving way, the better off they will be.With fun characters and a soft rhyming flow, One, Two, Three, Meditate With Me is an important resource for parents, caregivers, and teachers who want to help their little ones develop confidence and healthy coping strategies.

As a mom of adult children and auntie to many - I purchased 7 of these books and gave them to my friends with younger kids as I felt it was a fabulous beginning to self understanding and learning together in the family of how to slow down breathe and work through life in healthy ways. Each and every person I gave this book to got back to me with their childrens reviews - and their reviews as parents - they all loved it and thought it was an amazing read the kids loved the characters and learning to breathe and take a moment in life that too often rushes by us. Thank you for this book I will continue to gift it to the young minds of our future.

This is a wonderful book to read with your child or grandchild! The rhythm of the book is very calming and the perfect bedtime read. Little ones (and parents too!) can learn how important breath is in relaxing your mind and body. A perfect way to wind up a busy hectic day. And the book is beautifully illustrated, with hidden creatures that your toddler will love to find.
Highly recommend! A perfect baby shower gift or birthday gift for a small child.

Absolutely adore this book!! The illustrations are adorable and the flow of the meditation is super easy to follow.
And what a great way to teach and PRACTICE (myself heavily included) taking a step back and breathing.
Lord knows my fire breathing dragon needs to be TAMED at times.
I highly recommend parents/teachers/guardians get this book to practice this method as well!
Peace on earth can be obtained :)

What a beautiful gift for absolutely anyone with children. The book is beautifully illustrated sparking little readers imaginations. I certainly wish I had this simple tool when my babies were little. All my nieces and nephews get to enjoy it though! I’m definitely looking forward to future books by this author.

I had the greatest opportunity to give this wonderfully illustrated book to my nieces and nephew for Christmas; they delved right into the experience. The eldest Emily sat and tried to read it to her younger siblings but ended up giving it to her Mom so she could tell the tail. I sat and watched as their eyes anticipated the next flip of the page and to see them take on the same actions as their Mom throughout this journey. That day hasn't stopped. Their Mother (and Father) include breathing into their everyday routine...especially when one of them has had a bad day. This book has changed their household in so many ways and not just for the kids. It has brought a little thing people tend to forget back to life...BREATHE. I am so thankful for this whimsical read to be something to look forward to.

I loved the illustrations, the color pallet that I find very suitable for the topic of the book.

I am not a big fin of the topic, but the idea that the book might help someone comes before my personal choice.

The author's BIO helps us to understand where the idea of the book come from and I applaud the author's courage and will to help others.

Al in all, this is a book you may consider having in your library. It may come in handy for children of different age and sometimes even for adults.
