Robert Aller: The Man Who Speaks With Wolves
ROBERT ALLER, the subject of the biography, succeeded against all odds. The product of a broken home, small and sensitive with a speech impediment and a grade eight education, he went on to astound the educators of the day and crowned his achievements by speaking at the United Nations about his experiences as an educator in the north.
A man without borders or boundaries, Robert Aller, a touted and respected Canadian artist, inspired and encouraged children in parks programs, in prisons and in places beyond the influence of modern ideas. He gave them self esteem and as one child put it as Robert Aller was about to leave: "We will never have another one here like you again."
