i read this book for work purposes and needless to say was NOT a fan. there are soooo many harmful messages in here that left me speechless and way too many scriptures taken out of context. i would never recommend this book to a friend.

Authentic and Hope-filled!

This is packed from first to final chapter with honesty and hope.

It is one of the 2 marriage books we always recommend. The other is Love & Respect.

This was unlike any other marriage book I’ve read in that the stories did not make me feel overly bad about natural reactions but makes it clear that God’s way is better and gives examples, action points and follow up questions.

The key points at the end of each chapter are a nice touch ;)

Great book on spiritual warfare

Would recommend this to anyone married or not. This book really helps you look at your relationships, the conflict in them and your expectations and see the spiritual warfare that drives us to be selfish and hurt.
