Cat language is both complex and multifaceted—cats do much more than just meow, hiss, and purr. The whole range of cat sounds are covered, from purring to wailing, and how they relate to the ways that cats live and socialize. The territory of outdoor and indoor cats, conflict behavior under stress, and play behavior and hunting for prey is also covered. Once you understand your cat better, you can get to grips with some of the typical problems of living together, and develop an even closer bond with your pet.
Having recently adopted two kittens, I was looking for a book that would help me understanding more about my cats’ in terms of their meows, moods, facial expressions and fears. This book is simply chock full of tips that help the cat owner to better communicate with their pets, as well as understand ways to help their pets naturally adapt to their indoor environment. Even if you’re a long time cat owner, I think you could probably learn some new “tricks” by reading this book.

Brief and to the point, containing simple and very fine explanation of the most common ways for cat to interact and how to read their body language, with good advice on how to adopt these feline ways in training your cat and modifying its behaviour when necessary.
