Brilliant how-to for anyone interested in property investing.
The author's strategy is buying below market value from vendors in financial difficulty and housing low income tenants, but this book contains relevant advice for all types of tenant.
Big balls to write this and mange a property portfolio through 2008, but this shows that done correctly property can weather a crisis.
