Super cute and very helpful
This book is great! It walks you through basic medical procedures and shows you how not scary they are. It is easy to read and the illustrations are great. This is a perfect story to read before a child's doctor visit to help them feel less afraid. The forward has some great advice for parents/caregivers, too. In my opinion, this book should be in every pediatrician's waiting room.

The not scary doctor book
This is a great Children's book to read before and maybe during a trip to the doctor or hospital. The authors helps children understand with familiar things how to be brave at the doctor. The preface was a great reminder for parents and caregivers to model brave and be empathetic to children at office and hospital visits.
