It's great basic knowledge of the concept and practicing forgiveness. It's only 120-ish page and packed with great ideas. Ideal to bring to a coffee shop and you'll finish reading in one evening out.
However of course we might need to add our personal touch and styles in the process.

Our Quaker spiritual formation group read this book. It was a great book to read together and discuss over time. It is inspirational and makes the reader think about things in a new way.
