For initiator it's a good read. All the explanation is given with steps and screen shots, which is helpful. Although the book is easy to understand,it does not give detailed information about WHYs that arises while coding. There are many occasions where you find the explanation very short and not enough to understand. Anyway for a beginner,it's a good beginning.
