Andrea enjoyed a nearly happy childhood, with loving grandparents, a mother who embodied perfection, and a father who mastered the art of evasion. He formed friendships that helped him understand the world and romantic encounters that allowed the world to taste him. Professionally, Andrea was often labeled an estate agent, but his true pursuit was finding suitable inhabitants for the homes he chose, as houses served as the ultimate metaphor for each of us. On his sixteenth birthday, Andrea discovered a 'we', a place where multiple personalities emerged, each vying for space and control, much like actors on a stage. In this poignant, sometimes unsettling tale, Favetto explores the latent power of transformation, crafting a singular, multifaceted character who encompasses countless lives, both present and past. For Andrea, like all of us, is a complex human being.
