This is a perfectly nice little book that has lovely pictures and politely defines all the not-the-usual ingredients in the beginning for newbies, but when I see dried shrimp paste and kafir lime leaves and tamarind and galangal in the recipe I know I'll not be making anything out of it TODAY, and I'll think that again tomorrow, and finally it will go back to the library.....
