Lots of fiber. But some of these recipes I wouldn't label healthy

Fibre, yes. Overly healthy, no. Many of the recipes had tons of added sugar, or sweetened chocolate. Why popcorn with chocolate?! Why not just different ways to make popcorn.

A peanut butter and chocolate panini in the high fibre sandwich section? I think that belongs in the desserts.

Skip the 1 1/3c. honey and 2 cups of sugar in the sesame seed brittle (in nibbles and trail mixes section, not desserts) and just toss the seeds on a salad or something.

Made a different recipe every day for a week and they were all supper easy and delicious. I did do some substituting for the higher fat and gluten ingredients called for.
