Dirty by Design #3
Riding Dirty: Interracial Connections
A biker bad boy. A waitress. One never ending dirty ride.
Some dudes just can't seem to stay out of trouble.
Sent to cool his heel in Jamaica from causing trouble in his rather tame Motorcycle Club, Adam a/k/a 'Breaker Ace' lands up in jail the first day on the island of Jamaica. It seems that trouble was made for Breaker as he can't resist defending a pretty woman. Trouble is, a jealous boyfriend isn't someone you want to mess with ... well maybe the exception is Breaker.
While some girls keep the jail birds at bay, some women can't get enough of the bad boys. And Breaker is just that - bad to the bone.
Stealing might be considered a transgression by most people. However, Breaker doesn't mind breaking the rules when it comes to stealing another man's woman, especially one who gives him the best ride of his life.

I Think "Horrible" Is Too Kind
First, there were so many typos, it made the thing almost unreadable. Then, there were so many other things that either didn't fit or just didn't make sense, that it made reading almost painful.
There is something of a warning in the beginning of the book that mentions the use of Jamaican Patois, and the use of adult language and swear words. The first"swear" word I get to is written "f*ck." The next time, it's written "feck.". Seriously? Unless that's a part of Jamaican slang, I didn't need to be warned. And as far as the Patois, if you're going to use parentheses to explain every phrase, you may as well just write it in plain English...all of the parentheses are annoying.
Then, there are story elements that make no sense to me:
What kind of motorcycle club is Breaker in where their opinions of him matter...or Breaker's actions are of such concern to the club? Is this his job? Is the club about racing for money and he affects their pockets? And if they are all "middle-aged men" who "enjoy their motorbikes," why is Breaker seen as a RUB?
Then we get the Jamaican cop who apparently thinks nothing of blowing her cover to be with Breaker. Wouldn't a "crime lord" like her boyfriend/mark, Jagger, always have eyes on her? And would she really take Breaker to her family home where proof of her true identity would be easily found? (How far "ajar" would a closet door have to be for someone to see shoes, purses, clothes and a Jamaican police uniform? And how would a guy from California be able to tell it was a police uniform?)
I also think the dialogue written for Breaker was off. And we never find out what favor Patrick wanted in return for allowing Breaker to race in his place. (Yeah, that's minor, but it irked me.)
I think the idea of this story could have been good. The execution of it left much to be desired.

Loving the sexy Biker
Another great read! I received this as an ARC but I’ve read the other books in the series and this one didn’t disappoint. I really enjoyed Breaker’s and Brandi’s story. The chemistry between them was undeniable! It was good to see how Brandi affected Breaker in a positive way. She filled a part of him that had been missing for so long and that helped him. When the time came he was finally able to reconcile with his father and clean up his act.
Brandi had her own demons to conquer. Although she was capable of taking care of herself, Breaker gave her that protective warmth she’d missed since her father was murdered. Together, their love was an inferno!

What a ride
Brandi and Breaker were on a coarse to change each other for the better. The secrets and pain of lost parents to senseless deaths some what bonded these two.
I liked the story but there were enough spelling and grammar errors that took away from the story. It also ended too abruptly. I like the mention of other people from the dirty series but it doesn't enhance it since there is no interaction the present couple..

The third book in the Dirty by Design series a biker bad boy and a waitress this is Brandi and Breaker's story. A story that flows smoothly from page to page about two people from opposite sides of life an Interracial story that held my interest throughout. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

So so ending
I wasn't impressed with the ending of this book. I personally like a happier ending. The story itself wasn't bad. Had some really good points.

Brilliant book to read, lots of action. Undercover cop meeting bad boy biker. He almost dies trying to protect her. Lots of chemistry from the beginning. Glad they are getting their happy ever after. Five stars.

A bad biker visits Jamaica to attend a motorcycle rally. He ends up getting in a fight and in jail. It is another story about a bad boy getting a girl in Jamaica. The series is getting a bit old.
