This is a perfect read for anyone seeking to improve the way they manage their business as opposed to allowing their business to run them. Jas’s approach is simple and follows a cyclical approach to managing your business successfully. The strategies are easy to follow and beautifully explained with Jas combining them seamlessly with personal stories of his own successes and failures to give both experienced and inexperienced business runners the reliable tools needed to successfully manage their own business and give themselves that one thing we all crave more of which is time.
I first read this book a year ago and I am already reaping the rewards of following the guidance within. This is a book I will go back to again and again in the future and recommend that any and all business owners and entrepreneurs pick up copy.

Practical and real experience

An early years experience makes Jas more authentic than many out there and really sets his 'why'.

Some of the models have been seen before but not with actual experience and enhanced from reality rather than just theory.

The self discipline and dashboards sections were particularly interesting and show this book may not just be for business owners.

Chasing money was eye opening. In small business there is often one/few trying to do everything but maybe wider support is required.

Easy to read and the chapters are presented well for reference too.
